Preferred Customer Maintenance Plan

Annual Plan: $289 for One System
Additional Systems: $99 Each

What’s Included In Preferred Customer Plan:

  • Two full-service seasonal preventive maintenance visits, once in the spring for the air conditioning system and once in the fall for the heating system, automatically scheduled for you.
  • 10% OFF the total of any purchase, including equipment, parts, and services.
  • Priority scheduling for service calls during regular business hours—move to the front of the line!
  • Diagnostic and/or Service fee is waived in the event of breakdowns between service visits (overtime, holidays and weekends not included unless the related service request or equipment is under parts and/or labor warranty).
  • Access to our exclusive Customer Referral program: Receive a $50 Amazon gift card for every referral that makes a purchase of any kind. (Diagnostic/Service fees are not considered a purchase. Most customers pay for the Plan using this program.)

  • Inspection and cleaning of heating system components, including burners, heat exchanger, and ignition system.
  • Inspection and cleaning of air conditioning system components, including coils, condensate drains, and refrigerant levels.
  • Replacement of customer supplied air filters at the time of visit.
  • Lubrication of moving parts in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Testing of system controls and safety devices.
  • Evaluation of system performance and recommendations for improvements, alterations or repairs if necessary.
